Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return request period, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us regarding any issue with your order.
To be eligible for a return or replacement, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or receipt is also required.

Important Notice – No Refunds
We do not offer refunds for returned items, change of mind, incorrect orders made by the customer, sale items, or gift cards.
Missing or Incomplete Products
If your order arrives incomplete, missing parts, or missing items, please contact us immediately after delivery with photos and order details. After verification, we will issue a full refund for the affected order or provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and provide a suitable solution.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the legal right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it. However, according to our store policy, refunds are not provided unless the product is incomplete, defective, or incorrect.
